1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using FlyVeda ("Service"), operated by FlyVeda ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account Creation

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. Educator accounts are subject to verification by our team before unlocking educator features.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or its AI features; (c) upload content that infringes third-party rights; (d) impersonate others or misrepresent your aviation credentials.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant FlyVeda a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content on the Service. AI-generated responses are provided as study aids and should not replace professional aviation instruction or official regulatory guidance.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid features may be offered in the future. Pricing, billing cycles, and refund terms will be presented at the point of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at info@flyveda.in.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. FlyVeda is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. AI responses may contain errors — verify safety-critical information with official sources (DGCA, ICAO, FAA, etc.).

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
